Charity Bib Program

The Boilermaker’s mission is to change people’s lives in a positive way through health and movement. We hope to inspire the community to join us in this mission, and the Charity Bib Program plays a vital role.

The Charity Bib program provides a limited number of bibs for the 5K & 15K, at no cost, to several selected local nonprofit organizations to use as fundraising incentives. Each organization is then able to find participants who each commit to raising a minimum of $500 in order to receive one of their allotted bibs.

All money raised and collected by each organization is used to support their individual missions. Since its inception, this program has raised over $800,000 for our respective Charity Bib partners.

How It Works

If you want to support one of our Charity partners:

Make a donation to support the runner or charity of your choice!

If your organization would like to be a Boilermaker Charity Bib Partner:

The application period for the 2027 Charity Bib Program runs from October 13 to November 20, 2026. Interested organization can fill out an application and submit it via one of the methods outlined in the application.

A third-party committee makes all selections, and selected partners will be notified by December 20, 2026. Email community@boilermaker.com with any questions.
